Fixed a bug where switching a character while in the water would cause them to walk on the water
Fixed a bug where a cutscene would return player to the wrong area
Fixed a bug where a cutscene would softlock if triggered from a secret area
Tidied up some wall collisions
Updated progress counters
Removed a "bit" which didn't really gel with the game flow
